Doctor Gold's skills seem very good. He is friendly and explains what he is doing during a procedure. His staff informs you up front on the cost of a procedure and accepts the allowed price from Aetna insurance on covered services, and perhaps others. That means that there are no unpleasant surprises on the cost.
