The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained the entire procedure prior to the surgery and answered all my questions without rushing. On the day of the surgery he talked me through it. The whole procedure from start to finish lasted half an hour. The best part was receiving a follow up call from the doctor asking how I was doing.
