We got an appointment for a consult without much of a wait, and an appointment for surgery soon after. All my encounters from the initial phone call to the office visit were pleasant and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The doctor had a very gentle and kind demeanor which was reassuring for my young daughter who needs surgery and is reluctant about the process. He explained everything in depth and alleviated her fears.
