Staff is always friendly and very professional. They spend the time to fully explain everything....from the procedure to how your billing works. Dr Gold takes the time to make sure your comfortable and gives a very personal touch....never feel rushed. Both times I’ve been in for a procedure he was the one that did the follow up call to make sure everything was good. Even the waiting area in the new location makes you feel at home.
