The front desk and support staff is so wonderful, caring and patient. They go out of their way to make both patient and family feel comfortable and confident in the procedure, what to expect and including the billing and insurance components. I can't say enough about them all. Dr. Gold is great. He explains everything with just enough detail to be clear but not overwhelming. He feels what the patient/parent needs and meets those needs perfectly.
