The staff were very friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. And Dr. Gold took his time explaining to me the procedure so I understood why and how the procedure had to be done. I was also very appreciative since I get a lot of anxiety over medical procedures, so when I woke up everyone was very calm and understanding.
