From the time I called to schedule my consultation the staff was very professional and thorough about what was needed for my initial visit. Having to fill out everything online ahead of time minimalized the "dreaded" wait time in the waiting room. When the office realized they didn't receive all my documentation, they followed-up right away. The staff made me feel at ease for my first visit at the office. Dr. Gold review my x-rays and fully explained the whole process and what was expected of me as a patient. I was given my treatment plan down to the detail and my appointment was made. As nervous as I am about this procedure, I feel confident Dr. Gold will do an excellent job.
