I had a very positive experience, from my initial consultation to the surgery itself. Dr. Gold outlined the process from start to finish ahead of time, answered my questions and managed my expectations. I felt he and his staff performed their services with the highest level of professionalism and care (and offered a little humor on day of surgery to ease any anxiety I had, which was definitely appreciated).
