The best procedure ever, everything went so smoothly; the most important part of any medical producer to me is real time communications. Prior to the procedure Dr. Gold explaining every step clearly and precisely, which left me relaxed and without any doubt. Through the entire procedure, Dr. Gold explained to me exactly each step, what was going to happen, how long it would take and what I would feel through each step. This kind of professionalism, bedside manner and real time communication helped me to relax and get through the procedure with little or no anxiety.
