Ronen Gold, DDS
Dr. Gold is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He attended Cornell University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992. After earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1997 from The New York University College of Dentistry, he completed four years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program of The St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. He has been a clinical teaching fellow at Columbia University College of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in New York City.
Dr. Gold served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Drexel Hill University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and was involved in running the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Gold continues his dedication to education currently supervising and training residents at Newark Beth Israel Hospital in New Jersey.
Dr. Gold has been elected to and served on the Westfield Regional Board of Health from 2010-2013. He is also a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, The New Jersey Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is currently President of the Union County Dental Society.
He is a co- founder of the NJ study club for Interdisciplinary Dentistry.
Dr. Gold has been elected by his dental colleagues as Top Dentist in New Jersey annually since 2009.
Dr. Gold spends his personal time with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching children sports, scuba diving, skiing, softball, and physical fitness.
